Trinity Christian College is a private Christian liberal arts college is Palos Heights, Illinois, US, established in 1959 by a group of Chicago businessmen.
There are over 70 majors from which you can choose as an undergraduate student. They include accounting, art and design, biology, black studies, business, chemistry, church and ministry leadership, communication arts, computer science, criminal justice, education, English, exercise science, engineering, graphic design, history, mathematics, music, nursing, philosophy, physical education, physics, psychology, social work, sociology, Spanish, special education, speech and communication sciences, sport and exercise science studies, theatre, theology, urban studies and writing. The average class size is 20 and the student to faculty ratio is 11 to one, which will allow for a stronger community feeling, and spark closer mentorship relationships with your professors and friendships with your course mates.
The 130-acre campus is situated in Palos Heights, Illinois, which is 20 miles from Chicago. This means students will not only benefit from Chicago’s cultural and night life during your studies, but you will also make contacts in the city and be able to seize work opportunities there.
Student organisations that are available to join on campus include Chess, Computer, Entrepreneurship Clubs, the Multi-cultural Committee, Sign Language Club, Social Work Student Organisation and Student Association.
Students can also join the baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, volleyball, track and field and softball teams, and compete in championships against other universities.
There are also opportunities to study abroad in Ecuador, Kenya, Spain, Netherlands, Oman, Romania and other places around the world.
