John Ross joined ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ?as?APAC editor in February 2018. He was previously higher education and science correspondent with The Australian newspaper. He has won the National Press Club¡¯s ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Journalist of the Year award three times, most recently in 2022, and has been shortlisted six times. He holds a communications degree from what is now the University of Technology Sydney. He swims in the Pacific Ocean every day, drinks too much coffee and plays Galician bagpipes quite badly.
